How do the themes work?

 

As you know, each party is customized and themed — so, you would just tell us your child's theme (a few recent ones have been dinosaurs, rainbows, princesses and princes and star wars!) and we would customize the projects to match that theme.

How long is the party?

​

1 hour of art and 30 minutes for food, cake and birthday candle blow out (food is not provided by Green Moon).  If you do not want to serve food – no problem.  We will have more time for creating art.

How much does it cost?

​

Prices are based on the number of children reserved. 

​

• 0-12 children: $600 

• 13-18 children:  $700 

• 19-22 children: $900 

• 23-26 children:  $1,000 

 

How much do I need to pay to reserve a date and time?

​

$200 non-refundable deposit is required for all reservations.

​

What if I am not absolutely positive about my party’s final head count?

​

We get it!  Party guests don’t always RSVP ASAP.  And that’s totally okay – just give us your best estimate for now.  You’ll be able to lower your headcount up to two weeks before the party.  And, don’t forget, you can also add to your headcount up to 2 days before the party.

What happens if children do not show on the day of the event?  Do I have to include them in my headcount?

Unfortunately, yes, we include children in the headcount reserved 14 days before the event.  Our staff prepares projects for the event in advance of the party day, and have already incorporated the headcount in the budget – along with staffing the party appropriately.

Does Green Moon take care of the decorations?

​

The tables will be decorated in your customized theme, but we do not provide balloons or other extras.  However, we welcome families to bring their own – we LOVE seeing your creativity!

What do we do about food for the children?

​

We do not specialize in pizza, and other delicious nut-free eats, so we leave that up to the experts.  We recommend local pizza places, and will give you an estimate of quantity to order, once you have told us how many friends will be joining.

 

For parties with adults staying, we also welcome separate platters – so long as they are nut free!  We highly recommend coffee for morning parties – moms and dads love it.

What about paper goods and utensils?

​

We also leave paper goods (plates, napkins, utensils) up to the families.  While tablecloths are optional (we do use them for the eating portion of the party), we welcome them – sized for two 6-foot tables!
